The Challenge

SalesRabbit is an online and mobile app that helps door to door salesmen track their leads as well as fulfill their sale from the first knock, to the final sale. The biggest challenge is to create a seamless and helpful experience for our clients so that they can focus on their tasks at hand. My role as primary designer is to create a user experience from the beginning to end with UX and UI as well as Marketing design, I provide the assets that allow SalesRabbit to reach new and potential clients as well as cater to our current user-base.

01. Desktop design

Our app consists of a desktop experience as well as an iOS and Android app, with each being given their own special love and treatment. The Desktop experience at SalesRabbit is primarily where you find a lot of setting and other functions to help sales reps and managers, manage their teams.

 
 
 

With desktop being primarily used for admins and settings, I really want to make sure that the pages are easy to use, but are still pleasing to the eye. My biggest focus is to be able to allow the users to be able to get what they need taken care of and get back to work.

02. Mobile

Our mobile app is the bread and butter of what we create at SalesRabbit. With both an iOS and Android platform, the goal is to make sure that regardless of what “side” you’re on, we’re going to make sure that the native app is the right experience. My goal with the mobile designs is to make sure that we treat both iOS and Android design with the respect that both HIG and Material design deserves. One of my biggest challenges is when creating designs for mobile, that we treat both sides with the respect they deserve and give both Android and iOS the love and attention that is needed to make sure the overall experience is just what the user wants and needs.

03. Marketing

Our marketing approach is, not just finding a voice within the door-to-door sales field, but actually being the voice. We take our marketing very serious and we want to make sure that the visual voice that we use is perfectly catered to those who are in the door-to-door world. My job on the marketing team, is to work closely with the sales team, content writers and our VP of marketing, to create visuals that are compelling and that draw attention to our company, whether it be online, or in trade shows, we want the voice of SalesRabbit is something that is easily understandable as well as fun.
